VOGUEPLUS is designed as an educational technology ecosystem providing educational management, learning, educational consulting, digital resources, marketplace services, and Pi-enabled transactions.

The VOGUEPLUS tokenization framework is intended to introduce a utility-based ecosystem token that can be integrated into genuine VOGUEPLUS products and services. The token is not designed primarily as an investment instrument, fundraising mechanism, security, equity interest, dividend entitlement, or promise of financial return.

The framework is designed around the principle that token issuance must follow product utility, rather than token issuance preceding product development.

9.1 Proposed Ecosystem Token

9.6 No Fundraising Model

VOGUEPLUS will not design the token primarily as a fundraising mechanism.
