Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled session for a full refund. Later cancellations may not be refunded.

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the content. Downloaded materials are not refundable once downloaded.

Report damaged, faulty or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Eligible items may be replaced or refunded after return.

Refunds of school fees follow the policy of the school concerned.

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible, including Pi where Pi was used. Refund requests can be made through Messages.

If we cannot provide a paid service we will refund the amount paid for it.
