1. Independent application
VOGUEPLUS is an independent application and is not owned, operated, sponsored or endorsed by Pi Network unless expressly stated through an official Pi Network source. Pi Network names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
2. Dependence on Pi Network
Pi features depend on Pi Network infrastructure, policies, availability and technical requirements, which VOGUEPLUS does not control. VOGUEPLUS does not control the Pi blockchain.
3. Your obligations
When using Pi features you must comply with Pi Network's terms and policies.
4. What we will never do
VOGUEPLUS will never ask for your Pi Wallet passphrase, secret recovery phrase or private keys, and does not store them. Anyone asking for them on behalf of VOGUEPLUS is attempting fraud. Only enter your passphrase in the official Pi Wallet.
VOGUEPLUS will not fabricate Pi transactions or blockchain confirmations, and will not show a payment as completed until our server has verified it with Pi Network.
5. Data
Pi identity and payment information is processed only for legitimate VOGUEPLUS functionality, as described in the Privacy Policy.
